North Captiva Pearl was designed with comfort and luxury in mind, and the utmost attention to creating an epic family vacation destination by capturing all the beauty this island paradise has to offer. The carefully planned interior and exterior amenities blend seamlessly in this spectacular Gulf view home. North Captiva Pearl is a 3-bedroom, two and a half bath home that sleeps 8 and comes with 2 golf carts. The home features two primary suites with King Beds, a bunk room, gourmet kitchen with large island and over 1000 feet of outdoor deck space including a large observation deck with a private Yoga Shala that is one of the highest points on the island. Enjoy the private saltwater heated pool, the private putting green, playing games of Foosball, shuffleboard, corn hole and ladder golf, or just relax reading a book from our little home library.
