"Me and my daughters recently stayed 1 night to explore the Winchester area. We loved how close it was to the walking mall with all the shops and dining options. The girls really enjoyed the pool and hot tub - such a unique pool! The beds were super comfy, room very clean, staff very friendly. We had an issue with our TV, but someone was up right away to fix it. The restaurant on premises was perfect for a late night pizza and we enjoyed breakfast there as well. The wait staff was super nice and attentive! We would recommend others to this hotel and will definitely stay again if in the area! "

"The hotel is very well maintained and the room was very quiet. We’d like to give a shout out to Marie at the front desk and the young man working in the evening when we checked in, and especially to Brandy our waitress at breakfast! She was swamped with a room full of customers and was unfailingly cheerful. "

"Everything was good. The lady at the desk was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good.The only thing is the walls are very thin. You could hear talking from the other rooms and everything going on in the hallway. They were running the vacuum cleaner at 8 o’clock in the morning in the hallways. Also, the little shampoo and conditioner was impossible to use. I couldn’t even squeeze the bottles."
