"A mixed bag really- On the Plus side were polite and courteous staff,Comfortable and clean room, and lovely pool and location. On the down side was restricted use of pool on first day due to it being cleaned in the middle of afternoon by an electric device, Mediocre food and a balcony that had not been cleaned prior to arrival or during our stay. Has the potential to be terrific but attention to detail needs to be improved to get it to an outstanding level."

Appartamento pulitissimo con spazi agevoli e adatti ad un soggiorno in famiglia. "Super attentive and friendly staff from Antonio at the Reception to Roberto and the Somellier (we called cousin Bob because he looks exactly like our Cousin Bob), Saverio, who ended up being the owner. Rooms are large and very clean and modern. Entire hotel is less than one year old, and the floors are gleaming marble everywhere. Good breakfast and good dinner options even off season. Showers are phenomenal. Beautiful views of the Sila mountain range. "
