It was so perfect. Super clean house with beautiful landscape. A fun hop, skip and a jump away to the beach. Not far from downtown Santa Cruz or the board walk. Great walking trails next to the huge creek that runs into the ocean. Super quiet neighborhood. Comfortably accommodated a family of four.
