  • Maison de plage de 3 chambres, au coeur du village de Capitola. La plage, les magasins, les bars à vin et les restaurants à quelques pas. Louez une planche de surf dans le magasin de l'autre côté de la rue et marchez 2 petits blocs jusqu'à la plage! La maison est branchée, confortable et idéale pour les familles. Le patio extérieur privé est parfait pour se divertir, avec des sièges confortables, un succulent jardin, un grill et une table à manger.

    La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle à manger et la véranda, créant un espace de vie confortable. La table de salle à manger s'agrandit pour accueillir 6 à 10 personnes. La véranda a un foyer au gaz confortable et un coin salon donnant sur la cour arrière. Un endroit parfait pour le café du matin. Le salon est à l'extrémité opposée de la maison, avec télévision à écran plat et BluRay / DVD.
    Deux belles chambres en bas, joliment meublées. Salle de bain en bas avec bain et douche.

    La 3ème chambre est à l'étage, très grande et parfaite pour les enfants. Il comprend une 1/2 salle de bain. Les lits superposés dorment 6. Matelas jumeaux sur le dessus et matelas pleins sur le bas. Il y a aussi une «aire de jeux» supplémentaire à l'étage avec 2 nouveaux futons simples. Ces futons peuvent être utilisés séparément ou rapprochés pour former un lit double. Une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur BluRay / DVD sont également situés dans la chambre à l'étage pour les films au lit!

    En bas, hors de la salle de bain, vous trouverez une laveuse et une sécheuse pour vos vêtements de sable. Et, notre douche extérieure (avec eau chaude et froide) est idéale pour le rinçage, avec beaucoup d'espace pour accrocher des combinaisons humides et des serviettes de sable.

    Cette maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille, une escapade romantique ou un week-end entre copines. Il a toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances confortables. Very clean and comfortable home. Walking distance to capitola village and the beach. Great area. There is no designated parking, that was the only drawback. We were able to find nearby parking after unloading close to the house.

This was such a great spot in walking distance to the beach and village shops. There was a market/liquor store right around the corner as well. The upstairs bunk beds were great for 4 kids we traveled with. This was probably one of the most well stocked rentals I’ve stayed at. Plenty of towels and stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

My friend and I brought our girls and friends here for their 13th bday celebration. The house is awesome. The location is just a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable with high end pillows and bedding. The only thing that is tricky is parking but we were always able to find a spot on the street near the house after circling a time or two. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful three day visit in the middle of January. It was so nice to be so close to all the restaurants and the beach. The home was very comfy, with all the necessities, plus a great back yard. The single drawback was the parking situation, but we were always lucky to find a spot nearby, and 80% of the time our car was right by the front door.

We loved our stay! The cottage is one block from the village. Lots of food choices, live music on the weekend, and shops! The beach is right there too! I was a little worried about only one (indoor) shower for the 7 of us (3 generations) but it wasn’t an issue at all. Lots of space and sitting areas. My favorite was the back patio, my MIL loved the chaise in the sunroom with the fireplace. The large sofa in the front room was cozy and fit us all. The (adult) kids loved the bunk room upstairs and were up late into the night talking and laughing. Great and quick communication with the host. I would definitely love to return!

Another great time in Capitola. Our 4th year staying at this awesome beach cottage and it did not disappoint. Our group made lasting memories in this comfortable space. They kids enjoyed the "kid zone" loft and the adults sipped coffee or wine by the cozy fire. Love the relaxing pace of beach life

What a fantastic spot!! Minutes away from the beach and the town where there are many great food spots. Ideal for our family with little children (we could walk everywhere), we're definitely coming back!

Back yard was cool for the gathering, kitchen/dining/family rooms allowed for 7 old guys to hang and reminisce.Parking was a bit of a pain, but we knew that going in, so the only parking issue was getting a car unloaded and getting folks into the place.Walking distance to Mr. Toots coffee, and a quiet neighborhood made for a great stay!

A perfect place for a family gathering

Such a great location - within walking distance of the whole village, you don't need a car after arrival until you leave. The house is roomy enough for multiple sets of adults and kids and the washer/dryer make packing a breeze. The patio gives you so much extra room to hang out, it is absolutely the best.

Amazing place the stay!

Such a beautiful house right by all the best shops in capitola! I stayed here with my mom, daughter and 3 of her friends for her birthday celebration and we all had such an amazing time. The host was exceptional, thank you so much for an awesome stay!
