"A GREAT LOCATION AND FACILITES. OUR COTTAGE WAS EXCELLENT AND JUST AS IN THE PICTURES. SPA WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY CHEAP. A FAB BUFFET FOR DINNER AND BREAKFAST WITH SO MUCH CHOICE. THE SAFARI WAS GOOD BUT YOU DON'T NEED TO DO TWO AS BASICALLY THE SAME DRIVE LATER IN THE DAY. THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE MORE ANIMALS BUT GOT VERY CLOSE TO THEM SO STILL VERY GOOD."

"Staff was amazing and extremely friendly. They helped us out for our needs as we celebrated a couple nights in Hermanus. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included with our stay and had a lot of options for us. Parking was included as we had our rental for this stop as part of the Garden Route. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from City Center and along the cliff Road Trail that goes around the bay. Again I can’t stress how great the staff was and for a boutique hotel, they matched the energy and attention of a bed and breakfast. Would come back."
Asara Wine Estate & Hotel

"We were blown away by this beautiful Estate! We were given the most lovely room right in front of the pond. Lots of birds and ducks to watch all evening and morning and beautiful grounds to walk around. The pool was delightful for swimming and our room was huge and bed so comfortable! Staff was totally fabulous. We wish we could have stayed here for longer than one night, but it was a perfect last night to our trip to South Africa and just 30 minutes to get to the airport to fly back home."

"The hotel room was beautiful bed was really comfortable. It was stylish and I could not fold it. It was a great breakfast and the staff at the front River very hospitable very friendly. It was just a short walk down to the city centre and an easy drive to get to the wineries and parking was no issue. Highly recommended to anyone going there."

"This hotel was absolutely stunning it was boutique small it sits right next to this beautiful church on Sunday morning I could hear the bells chiming I just loved it. My room was amazing. I had a big king size bed and a private little swimming pool in the back with a patio that was just wonderful. More than anything was the staff… Nelson the manager was just lovely and everyone of those girls from housekeeping to the staff making our breakfast every morning that was outstanding! I can’t wait to come back with my husband and I will absolutely stay here ❤️"
