Good for long stays.
We spent 28 nights at the property, it was spacious on the 2nd floor with standard amenities including washing machine. The Wi-fi was connecting but no Internet service because the subscription wasn't paid, that was remedied after a few days. They could not provide us with spare keys as you'll get with a hotel, however, the building manager provided an extra entry key fob and we used the key safe to manage the different times we went out. There's no air-conditioning or fans, we had to get a fan for some intolerably hot nights. The apartment is in need of some maintenance around skirting boards and in the bathroom. Generally, the nights were quiet, the area relatively safe, the staff friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place for long stays.
