Unacceptably Noisy with no recall
Noisy neighbour's kids, shouting, pounding the floors and walls kept us awake and frazzled till well after midnight. Multiple calls to reception went unanswered. Next morning front desk staff essentially shrugged it off with a meagre apology. One should expect better service from RACV, especially when paying premium prices for peak nights.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, with a dead fly present, and the shower area was in poor condition. Despite paying a hefty $820 for a two-night stay and specifically booking an ocean-view room, we were placed in the basement where trees obstructed any view. The customer service was far from friendly, and it was disheartening to have to climb to even catch a glimpse of the ocean for my kids. Overall, the condition of the room and the unmet expectations made our stay truly unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Beware of the term ‘Villa’
Room (Gold Villa) was not as we had come to expect for an RACV resort. Holidayers beware, the off site Villas would better be described as caravan park type Cabins, very old and very far away from the resort. No room service available either unfortunately.

Thank you for the review, you are correct that the golf villas are fully self contained and separate to the main resort building. Whilst room service is not available for delivery's there is a take away option should not wish to use this option.

My family had the best experience here! Our room was amazing and the restaurants and pools were great but for us the team that worked in the hotel went over and beyond to make sure our stay was outstanding and they were very kind!! We will definitely be going back!

Thank you for the 10/10 review, we have 1 Tesla specific charger and 4 multi car chargers that also have the adapters for Tesla vehicles. We are in the process of looking at adding more of these multi vehicle style.

Relaxing break
What a delight waking up to a beautiful vista across the golf course. Such a relaxing stay and no need to leave the resort. Ample eateries and a bar with a panoramic view. Highly recommended for a short break.

Fantastic hotel and service
Upgraded on arrival by the friendly staff - lovely room with a great view. Three restaurants and bar to choose from. Pool was great though missed having a pinball in the rec room like the Torquay resort (and their arcade game was not working properly). Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.

Amazing 1 night Stay-Cation
We planned a 1 night stay-cation to get away from the busy Melbourne lifestyle. We were greeted by very friendly front desk staff & were given keys to our Ocean View Rooms. We were a bit surprised that it was not part of the resort building & had some reservations. We drove to the Ocean View Rooms around 5 minutes away & to our surprise it was amazing. Its nestled within the golf course with breathtaking coastal views. It was quiet & very serene. The rooms were very comfortable & had all the amenities a resort hotel room should have. Top quality teas, mini bar & toiletries. There was special touches to our welcome into the room. The heater was turned in to warm the room on a cold & wet winter day. A welcome note on the TV with my name as well as on the phone was special. The water presure from the shower was really strong & clean. We enjoyed our stay & my wife wanted even to extend the stay for an extra night. Been a long time since we were pampared in a resort style vacation. Oh not forgetting the Buffet Breakfast. Its was really good. Wide spread of food with a splendid view of the golf course. Highly recommended & will surely be back for a longer stay & use the other amenities such as the swimming pool & restaurants.
