Beautiful location
Had a great time at the spacious, clean, sunlit house in a beautiful community. Would’ve loved to enjoy the huge, ocean view deck more but the weather did not cooperate.

Our stay was perfect on EVERY level from the moment we stepped in the door. The home is warm and inviting with plenty of room inside and out to spread out or cozy up by the fire. The kitchen has everything needed with room for many cooks to work together. The property is magnificent and the views are breathtaking. Rick was the PERFECT host. We are already planning our return visit.

This house was incredible! We stayed the weekend while attending a wedding at the Cliff House and it was so close to walk to! Great communication with property manager which made checking in/out super easy. The house was very clean and the views of the ocean were breath taking.

Perfect setting
Five old friends looking fir a place to spend a weekend catching up and playing Dungeon & Dragons. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms were plenty for five men. The open dining and living space with a glass wall over the cliff to the ocean and the fireplace at one end was lovely for spending time atvthe table playing games.

We had an amazing stay in Cape Neddick, and a wonderful Thanksgiving with our Maine family. The house was just perfect! Very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Plus an amazing ocean view!! The owners provided great area recommendations, and were very responsive to any questions. We will be back!!

Cliff House option
We were in Maine for a wedding taking place at the Cliff House resort. Several family members were in the wedding party. We opted for this VRBO rather than taking multiple individual rooms at the resort. We loved being together in the large house with the great ocean view. It’s clean and comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. We hosted a casual dinner party for 20 guests, and thanks to some unseasonably warm weather for late October, we were able to spill out on to the lovely deck with room to spare. The location was perfect for us, as it takes literally 1 minute to walk to the Cliff House grounds. My only suggestion would be the addition of a couple more mirrors, preferably full length, for folks trying to get their tuxedos and gowns just right. Kiddos to the owner who is affable and available and aims to please.

Family Reunion
Our party included 7 adults, who traveled from out of state for a family reunion. The accommodations and the location were as described…very comfortable, convenient, & quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped…we ate many meals at the house. The view of the oceanfront was superb. Would definitely recommend for a get together!

We stayed in Cape Neddick to attend a family wedding. The house was exactly as described, even better. It was large enough for our group of 9 with plenty of space to spread out. The top floor living space is ideal for entertaining. The location is beautiful, easy walk to the Cliff House for great meals. Rick was a perfect host, provided a thorough write up prior to checking in and respond to our questions quickly. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Great house for a group. We had 6 adults that traveled up from Florida. Everything is as advertised and the owner was very helpful. Recommended beaches and restaurants throughout the week. Walk to the Cliff house for afternoon cocktails. We would return in a heartbeat!

We loved everything about our stay: the view of the ocean, the restaurants at the resort, the proximity to Ogunquit, the size and comfort of the house. The kitchen is very well-appointed--a real plus for those of us who enjoy cooking. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect getaway weekend
The house is just perfect for a group. Lovely views, plenty of seating for everyone, and a great kitchen and dining area. The weather prevented us from taking advantage of the wrap-around deck, but that was beautiful as well. The proximity to Cliff House was a huge plus. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. A wonderful stay.

Great Family House
Wonderful family house for a Maine getaway. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 children under 2. Everyone had their own room and kids were able to quietly nap downstairs while the adults could relax on the main floor. Layout was nicely set up and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare wonderful meals and dining table was perfect for family meal and game time.

I rented this property for my team and I to stay at while in Maine for work. Despite being a bit difficult to find in the dark, it was a good choice. It was clean and convenient to our job location. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, although quite dated, but the living room and kitchen were updated. There's a water view, which we didn't realize until the morning. Owner was easy to work with an communicative.

Gal's getaway, celebrating 50 years of friendship.
This was an amazing property! The kitchen was so clean, and had everything you could possible need, and that is with three gourmet cooks among us. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and comfortable with beautiful views. The upper level offered two comfortable sitting areas, each facing the gas fireplace, and views of the ocean. Plenty of outside places to sit and relax as well, all just a stone's throw from the beautiful Cliff House resort. We would definitely come back!! Thank you to our wonderfully, attentive host!

Occasionally something may break, I try to stay ahead of that, but not much excuses for dirt! We are away this week in S France, Montpellier, French language school. Not easy! There were 8 of us- we had plenty of sleeping space , the views of the ocean were beautiful. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and the marginal way. Definitely recommend !!

We really appreciated staying in this beautiful home that was like a home away from home. We were a 3-generation extended family of 9 people, ranging from grandparents in their late and early 90s to grandkids in their 20s. (If you are bringing elderly people, make sure that they can climb stairs, which my elderly parents could, with help from other family members.) The place was tastefully furnished and well equipped. Everything was as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the location and the beautiful view of the ocean on a sunny day. Check-in went smoothly. Rick was very helpful in providing useful information. Thank you, Rick, for a lovely stay! We hope to be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We found that the location and property suited our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our own meals. The proximity to the Cliff House made for some nice scenic walks, and it was short drive to nearby towns, beaches, and restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful in answering some questions during our stay. We appreciated ample space for parking and use of the garage for storing bikes and kayaks. We would highly recommend this rental.

Six of us spent three nites at this lovely and well maintained home. Location is perfect for easy access to many of the area’s local attractions. The dining and living areas are spacious offering distant views of the ocean. You actually can hear the waves crashing against the cliffs. Rick, the owner, responded so quickly to questions before arrival and to any concerns during our stay. Would love to return for another stay at this wonderful property.

The property was beautiful. Very comfortable with the 8 girls that stayed. They could use a pot about half the size of their lobster pot. Also it was very hot for ME when we were there. The bedrooms in the lower level where hot at night.

Hi, good you enjoy your stay. Yes unfortunately the ground level is not AC but I actually contacted my AC contractor to see about an upgrade for ground floor. We have lived in Maine since 1995 and literally no one had AC & now EVERYONE is getting it. At least upstairs seems to be able to keep things cool. We are wanting to get this resolved. Yes, thats one big lobster pot eh! The trick is steam them DONT try to fill that pot with water. Also the locals say always use sea water not tap water. At least sea water is only across the street! Girls weekend
I travel with six of my friends on a regular basis. Our favorite state is Maine so, we go at least once or twice a year. We chose this beautiful property primarily for the location which, did not disappoint. We have certain requirements when choosing a house and this met all of them. The ocean view was beautiful, there were five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Rick was fantastic to work with and made things so easy! We would absolutely return. We loved staying at the house - the top/main floor is really well-lit and has a wonderful view of the ocean and the layout was perfect for our group (families and friends and kids), allowing everyone to eat together and also have space to hang out in different conversations/activities. The kitchen space was also great, with plenty of pots and pans as we opted to cook most of our meals. Plentiful windows allowed for a nice breeze while the temp control options inside kept folks warm as needed. Loved the layout of the home and Bald Head Cliffs are a short walk away. Rick was highly responsive and an excellent host.

Perfection in Cape Neddick!
This property was the ideal setup for us. Our family of 4 on one floor and other family on the second floor. Stunning views, very clean, and stocked! Walking distance to The Cliffhouse restaurants and spa, just park and walk. We also walked on the paths around the area and really enjoyed our time!

Sisters' Weekend Away
We had a wonderful weekend away at this beautiful house. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. The dining room and living rooms were beautifully situated with plenty of space for our group. The main floor bedrooms were roomy and well decorated. Location of the house was perfect and not far from the beach and village center. We will definitely stay here again.

I can’t believe I actually had the house blocked for 3 weeks for the kitchen and fireplace exchange. And I actually finished up just 1 hours before your arrival.
