Very Nice house in a Beautiful Area of Maine
Nice older house that has had many of the systems upgraded. Located in a great neighborhood very close to the local beach. All amenities are provided so you won't need to bring any household goods. Very good communication and responses with Luke and Franny. Definitely worth a visit!

Wonderful get away
Brought 85 yo grandma to the ocean! Had a great opportunity to enjoy the house and all amenities, short trip to the beach. My boys 19 and 21 enjoyed jumping off the bridge too! Our dog was thrilled with the shady backyard. A win all around!

Two Thumbs Up.
This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It's a short walk to the beach and within 30 minutes drive of everything in Southern Costal Maine. The Cape Neddick beach is very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located
The location of this home is great. My family and I had a great time walking around the local towns and beaches while we were there. I was a little disappointed with how many unfinished projects within the house. From the broken rear storm door, unfinished window paint, sloppy shower caulking, not to mention the completely unfinished install of the AC in the upstairs master bedroom (exposed wall patching, unsanded joint compound, no paint.) just to name a few. The downstairs living space has had some updates, but most of the house is not updated, mainly the second floor. The craftsman ship is less than desired. Finishing your projects would go a long way. I'm sorry, but I can't give this space more than three stars.
