Enjoy this lovely, newly renovated beach house located in a great location - the historic district of West Cape May. The entire interior of this charmer is freshly painted and stunning hardwood floors/ceramic tile has been installed throughout. This beach house is attractively decorated and will prove to be an excellent vacation choice. It offers an abundance of living space; large family room and large dining area/kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms including a beautiful first floor master (queen) and a first floor bedroom (2 twins). Upstairs there are two bedrooms (queen/2 fulls). There is a first floor master bath, a full bath on the second floor, a new powder room on the first floor and a new outside shower. The property is walking distance to Washington Street open air mall, excellent dining, and the lovely Cape May beaches. Cape May has much to offer including 5 wineries, the Cape May Brewing Company (and 6 other Breweries!), Cape May Stage Company, East Lynne Theater Company, Cape May Lighthouse, and beautiful Cove Beach deemed one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The Cape May County Park Zoo is a short drive away. The Zoo does not charge admission and is home to over 550 animals.- This property has a cleaning fee applied to short term leases. Weekly leases do not have this additional fee applied.Additional amenities such as: 8 Cape May Beach Tags, 8 Beach Chairs, 2 Beach Umbrellas, Some Beach Toys, Board Games, Books, Binoculars and even an Herb Garden!Bedroom arrangements are as follows:Bedroom 1 - QueenBedroom 2 - Two TwinsBedroom 3 - QueenBedroom 4 - Two DoublesA $400 Security Deposit will be added to all reservations. Perfect Beach Vacation
This property was perfect! We traveled as an extended family with ages ranging from 4 to 70, and the house had every amenity we could need. The kitchen is beautiful and extremely well appointed, the location was great and the owners/property managers were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Cute, very well equipped, good location, and comfortable for our family
This was a clean, nicely decorated, and exceptionally well equipped property in a very good location. The beds were comfortable. The living space was perfect for our group of 14 plus a one year old who were hanging out at the house, although only 7 of us were sleeping there. We originally were attracted to the house in large part because of the open kitchen space and the ability to put multiple tables together and seat everyone in one room. It worked out beautifully. Fairly easy walk to town and to the shore. Plenty of street parking without disturbing the neighbors. The house is very cute and when we had a photographer come to take family pictures he was happy to use the house as a backdrop. I would highly recommend this property and the realtor. Everyone was super easy to deal with, helpful and flexible.

Perfect stay in Cape May
This house was perfect in every aspect - very spacious and nicely redone, fully stocked with both kitchen and beach supplies, comfy beds, great grill and walkable to several great restaurants. Both the property manager and owners were very responsive to any questions we had. This was our first time in West Cape May and we would definitely return to this great house. Thank you!

Spacious and clean
Three generations (ranging in age from 22 to 92) enjoyed this property. The open floor plan and first floor bedrooms were great for the older person with a walker. It was an easy walk to the beach for most of us. The house was extremely well equipped with beach and kitchen equipment. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The outdoor shower was terrific. The host was very responsive to the one technical glitch we experienced.

Outstanding Vacation Location

Great home in a perfect location
We had a fantastic stay in this home for our first family vacation to Cape May. My favorite part of the house was the large and cozy front porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The location cannot be beat and is within walking and biking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. The only note we have is the master bath and shower are quite small but we made it work. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
