"The gentleman who checked us in was kind and friendly. We had to move rooms due to a toilet issue, and he was quick to get us into another room. The room was clean and had basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a small hair dryer, a small coffee maker, soap, and one cosmetic makeup wipe), including plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds were comfortable, with pillow options. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. The only negative thing is the carpet tiles. I tripped several times because they tend to stick up. Breakfast options were good. Cereal, mini muffins, bagels, bread, yogurt, sausage links, premade eggs, an omelet with cheese, and a waffle station. They also have coffee, tea bags, and juice. "

"Always smells so clean when I walk into the lobby. The morning breakfast is always so fresh. The housekeepers are very thorough. All staff are very friendly."

"I lived in the south for 25 years and I’ve been up in Ohio and Michigan for the six years. I stated this hotel and it’s been pretty consistent with good people amenities. But I want to say the choice hotels and Comfort Inn need to open the pool earlier than Memorial Day. The reason is as of April 1 it starts getting hot in North Carolina. I lived there for 25 years and it’s always questionable between the months of March and April. I understand not opening the pool up north any earlier with your hotels. But in North Carolina and South Carolina I would ask that you would consider opening a pool April 1. Even if you don’t think it’s that warm even at 70° kids want to swim. It’s a hell of a lot warmer than the ocean in Wilmington, which I came back from to stay at this hotel. I understand that’s the official summertime. But please consider opening the polls or earlier in the south."
