  • Villa Gabriella is a spacious waterfront, pool home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms! The home is located on a canal, in a quiet and well established neighborhood in Southwest Cape Coral.

    You will love the open floor plan and relaxing beach house style in our home. The sliding doors open up to a waterfront patio and saltwater pool. The lanai has an outside TV and outdoor bar with BBQ grill and mini fridge.

    The living room features a brand new 75" inch TV and luxurious movie theater style seating.

    The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and island seating for six. In the garage you will find an extra fridge and ice machine. The formal dining room has seating for eight.

    Villa Gabriella is one of the few vacation homes in the area with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms! The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, three of the rooms have king beds and the other has a queen. Every bedroom has a TV.

    The home is conveniently located in walking distance to several great restaurants. We are also located within a 2.3 mile drive to two different public parks with Pickle Ball Court access. We provide three bikes, beach chairs, and a cooler. The 30 foot dock offers boaters water access to the Gulf of Mexico. We provide our guests with free high speed wifi.

This was perfect for our family trip. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen/dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during the week, and the icemaker in the garage was very convenient. Excellent stay!

The home is beautiful and very clean. We reached out to Ashley to ask for the heat in the pool to raised. Ashley responded in under 5 minutes and had a person come out and handle that request promptly. Overall, a great stay!

This was the perfect property for our stay. Three couples enjoyed all the space. The specifically enjoyed the pool and outdoor bar area. We are even considering returning with our children next time.

Great house for 4 couples. Well stocked and plenty of extras. Icemaker in garage and coolers were great. Only negative was it was advertised with a hot tub and there was not one. This house was very clean.

Perfect House

We traveled with 2 other couples to get out of the cold. This house was amazing. The pool and patio area were fantastic. Very peaceful even though we were only 2 blocks from main road. Communication with Ashley was first rate, she responded quickly with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again next year. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Vacation

We traveled as a party of 6 a total of 4 adults and 2 teenage kids , everything about Villa Gabriella is Amazing!!! The cleanliness of the home. The large bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. The outdoor kitchen area and the Beautiful Pool area. The wonderful lounge area by the dock for the beautiful sunsets. We loved our stay and cannot wait to go back for another vacation

Gorgeous House

Excellent , The house was very comfortable, we enjoyed the kitchen, the living room area, playing board games, and enjoying watching the soccer games. Perfect Paradise

This house and property are beautiful. The owners have thought of every need and want. Pool toys, towels, and lounge chairs. Beach chairs, coolers, and an ice machine. A large outdoor grill, bar, and eating area next to the pool. A wide dock for fishing and sun sets mark the back of the property. I love this place and that is why we return each year.

Family Spring Vacation

Us and our adult children come down each year. This is our favorite house. It is big and beautiful. Everything is clean and they offer so many extras: ice machines, extra fridge in the garage, corn hole game, etc. we will come back each year.

The house was just as it was advertised. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms-each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The whole house and pool/patio was excellent for our needs. It was chilly the days we were here, but the comforts of the inside are just as nice as the outdoor areas. Ashley was very responsive to our calls or texts. Birthday Getaway

Our family of 7 really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, spacious, nicely appointed and very well stocked home. Our favorite part of the home was the outdoor patio/pool area with the bonus large screen TV along with the hightop bar and grill….it was a great way to enjoy watching the football games. Ashley was very accommodating and helpful which we very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Everything about it, AMAZING!

This was, by far, our favorite house we’ve stayed at yet! House was accommodating to all our needs, super clean, very spacious, beautiful pool and patio, etc! We just loved everything about it. Not only was the house amazing, but it’s 3 min from any grocery store or restaurant you need! But best of all, was Ashley! She was so kind and a phone call away if we ever needed her! A perfect vacation!

What a great home! You will have everything you need for a perfect stay! We chose this property because the outdoor living space was everything we knew we wanted to enjoy the weather and time with our family. It did not disappoint! Not only was the pool and outside perfect, the beds were comfortable, house incredibly clean and had every amenity you could need! Can’t wait to come back! (And don’t forget to walk to the ice cream shop! It’s amazing! )

Family Thanksgiving getaway

Villa Gabriella is a beautiful home. Home was exceptionally clean. Bedrooms were perfect for our group of 7. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner out on the beautiful lanai, especially since we are from New York were it was cold. Pool was very clean and warm. Played Cornhole out on the deck by the beautiful canal. House was located centrally around all the fun things we did. I highly recommend. Thank you Ashley your home was very welcoming.
