Villa Font de sa Cala in Provensals (Font de Sa Cala is a district of Capdepera) is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with views of the Balearic Sea. The spacious 475 m² property is spread over 3 floors and features a living room, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor, while the living and dining areas are on the ground floor.  
  
The private outdoor area offers a pool, Mediterranean garden, open terrace, covered terrace, 2 balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower—the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Public transport is within walking distance. Free street parking is available, as well as several garage spaces, including a charging station for electric vehicles (available for an extra fee). Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking indoors and parties are not permitted. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the property.
