A cozy, centrally located home in Cala Ratjada in northern Majorca, the holiday home Ca Na Bel consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Outside, you will find a private, furnished open terrace, as well as a balcony and a grill. The beach at Cala Agulla is 15 minutes away on foot (1km) and the nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes away from the house (500m). #### Eine zentral gelegene Stadtwohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zum Hafen. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, welche man Anfang September unbedingt brauchte. Die Zimmer haben sich sehr aufgeheizt. Das Hylight der Wohnung sind die beiden Terrassen. Die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen und fragen oder kleine Probleme werden sofort behoben.
