Please, ask the homeowner for further information. Enjoy a wonderful view over Capdepera, the castle and the surrounding mountains from the modern Casa Varna. The townhouse is renovated and modernized and meets the highest standards. The many fruit trees in the garden give the townhouse a lot of charm and after a pleasant swim in the pool you can find shade here. On the terrace you can relax in the seating or bath in the sun on the loungers by the pool. There are a total of 5 bedrooms in this townhouse, four with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In addition, the 2 living rooms each have a large sofa bed, so that a total of 12 people can be accommodated here. The two lounges each have a large sofa bed, so that a total of 12 people could be accommodated (on request). The terrace also takes you inside the house. Here you will find the living room with a wonderful fireplace, as well as the open kitchen with dining area. The fully equipped kitchen allows culinary delights, which you can then eat together. On the 1st floor there are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The bathrooms are true wellness oases, because one is equipped with aspacious Jacuzzi. Up here you will also find a kitchen with dining area. Me and my family of 8 stayed in the house for 4 nights. All in all it was a great stay. The location is great in a cute, calm little village with some nice restaurants, super easy parking and great proximity to a lot of wonderful beaches and fun activities like snorkling, horse riding, boat trips and caves. The outdoor area of the house is everything you can ask for, even an outdoor shower which I really like. The indoors is a bit worn down, but still pleasant. There's one aircon per floor, so no individual aircons in the bedrooms. There are two kitchens, but only one of them is in use. The bathrooms are ok, but like in many places in Mallorca, the water pressure and amount of hot water is so-so. I would say the house is good value for money. The host is really nice, helpful and super-easy to communicate with. Thank you! ##### Sylvia J. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten sehr schöne Tage dort. Einziger Minuspunkt, zum Strand läuft man rund 30 Minuten, ich empfehle hierfür doch ein Auto, wenn es sehr warm ist.
