Inside, the villa is designed for comfort and style. The main floor includes a plush living-dining room with Smart TV, pellet stove, and AC, plus an open kitchen with ceramic hob. The upper floor hosts a double bedroom with en-suite bath and a guest toilet. The two lower levels offer three more double bedrooms with Smart TVs, wardrobes, and private terraces, plus a fourth room with porch access.
