The cream-coloured Villa Marblau offers a panoramic view of the sea, almost close enough to touch. To the right, you can see the bay and the village of Canyamel. To the left, you can enjoy uninterrupted views, as the wonderfully relaxed house stands on the last rock of the built-up area. This allows you to experience the almost unspoilt nature of the pine-covered cliffs and enjoy the unforgettable sight of the waves breaking on the sometimes rugged cliffs. Due to the hillside location, there is only a limited outdoor area available, but the small lawn in front of the two bedrooms on the ground floor offers a cosy seating area with a table and a chill-out area for the sun loungers in the shade of the trees. The upper floor is also equipped with a balcony overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and let your gaze wander over the turquoise sea. The bright blue of the window shutters and exterior frames is a fitting continuation of this colour scheme. Due to the proximity to the sea, you don't really need an artificial place to swim; however, there is a fairly large and very well-maintained communal pool that can be used by all guests.



The interior of the charmingly uncomplicated villa shines in trendy white. On the balcony level, there is access to a large room that combines living, dining and cooking in a modern style. The bright sofas and round wicker armchairs invite you to spend a cosy evening watching TV. The dining table stands directly in front of the fireplace - an interesting detail in this house, which can be booked all year round and provides cosy warmth alongside the central heating. The white, fully equipped fitted kitchen is tucked away in an alcove and visually separated from the living area by a counter. Even if you don't clean up immediately after dinner, no one will be disturbed and the relaxed atmosphere is maintained. The American-style bar is not only a cool place to sit, but can also help with food preparation. A wooden staircase seems to float in the room. It leads to an open gallery, which is why there is a wonderfully high ceiling. A total of two bedrooms (all air-conditioned) are available for a small travelling party. The two premium bedrooms on the level below are each equipped with a trendy en-suite shower room. The special feature of these two suites, however, is the luxurious bathtub located between the bed and the bathroom. The villa is therefore ideal for two couples (an additional baby cot can be booked if required). Outside the high season, however, the prices are so attractive that this magnificent beach house can also be used by a single couple for a romantic getaway.



The very name of the pretty holiday resort of Canyamel is lovely and sounds like something sweet and beautiful. The etymology supports this idea, as the name is derived from the Latin word for sugar cane, which was successfully cultivated here in the 18th century. Nowadays, people come to the area to treat themselves to something sweet, namely a relaxing holiday in a relaxing villa with a sea view, just like Marblau. The fine sandy beach has excellent water quality and has even been awarded the Blue Flag. At the same time, this region is a paradise for golfers, as the challenging Canyamel golf course is only 2 kilometres away. Impressive sights such as the Coves d'Artà, an impressive cave system, are almost within sight and only a short drive away. In our opinion, Marblau is highly recommended and will win you over with its high relaxation factor! The maritime Villa Marblau sits majestically in a chic residential area on the edge of the charming coastal town of Canyamel. Enjoy sensational views of the sea, the rocky coastline and the town, where you will find supermarkets for groceries as well as some excellent restaurants and bars. The pretty little town is within walking distance via a bridge, as is Playa de Canyamel, a fine sandy beach with a picturesque backdrop.
