Kitchen was well equipped which was handy as there was only one restaurant open in Cala Santanyi while we were there in March. Good sized fridge. Rooms are a good size and air con/fans in bedrooms keep rooms cool at night. Wifi is also good. Communication with owner was great and he was extremely accommodating with our awkward flight times. "Making contact is easy by mail and phone. We had a small problem with one of the bikes, a flat tire on the day of arrival. We made one phonecall and said it was nog in a hurry, but in the afternoon already the owner came to fix it. Very friendly in responding on mail and phone"

"Pros: Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Pool wird mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Cons: Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sollten überarbeitet werden. Fahrräder sind z.B. nicht mehr verfügbar. Poolheizung wäre auch schön 😁."

"Thought I would write a detailed review. To set the scene we had a fantastic holiday. Communication with property manager re check in etc was great.The location is good. There is a road which runs near to the villa so expect some road noise. This did not bother us at all but may do others. The walk into Porto Petra is a short walk and the harbor area is beautiful. Just be aware though there is no pavement for the first 100 meters. There is space to walk just not a designated pavement.The villa...

"Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work. Pools are cold even in Drago land, sea was warmer !! Entertainment very good. We have been on numerous occassiobs and updating of Esmeralda park is to a very high standard. "
