The property has a beautiful view and within a very short walk you reach a wonderful and almost virgin beach. Our room was spacious and had a big terrace with a view to the beautiful jungle. Guest attentiont and hospitality was poor. One night we wanted to stay in the lobby and chill with friends but the night guard turned the lights off at 10 pm. It´s a very nice and new place but don´t expect a hotel, its a bed and breakfast.

Luxurious five star property that checked all the boxes. Amazing and highly attentive staff, exceptionally well maintained property, with countless pools and natural hot springs, and its own activity center on the Arenal River that runs through the property. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom with spa tub, and large balcony with ideal view of the volcano. The property was tucked into a forrest 15 minutes from town. Being on site is an experience in itself. The only downside was the pull of being on site can limit interest in taking more advantage of the surrounding area. The dining options were good, not great, but the bar bites by the pool and river were all satisfying. All in all, one of the finest properties we have ever stayed at. Looking forward to a return visit.

This was a beautiful property. The breakfast was very good. It was a 5-8 minute walk to the beach & many other shops. The pool was a bit smaller than I expected but it was pretty deep. Overall it was a great experience.

Our stay here was fine. It just did not blow us away as we were expecting with a 4 star upgraded experience. Not sure that we would come back but it was comfortable for the time we were there. Very nice pool areas, loved the adults only pool. Happy hour was good. Lots of outdoor seating.

Beautiful property. Breakfast was included, they had many options available including vegan and gluten free foods. Restaurant food was really good too, drinks at the pool bar were also really good. Staff was super helpful
