Policies & Important Information
• Extra Guest Policy: The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. For additional guests (up to a maximum of 10), there is a fee of $35 per person, per day to cover added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. This fee applies only to guests exceeding 6.
• Parties & Events: We strictly prohibit parties or similar events to ensure the comfort, security, and satisfaction of all our guests, as well as the maintenance and preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community.
• Quiet Hours: Outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all.
• Additional Rules:
