Lovely hotel, great staff
All members of staff were very professional, efficient, thoughful, helpful and really nice (specially the young waiter!). Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel. Rooms were modern and clean (maybe a bit small and too furnished for the size of the room) and the pool area was not very big but nice. Very good location to explore the area as long as you do have a car.

vehicle theft from car park
Whilst the hotel is cheap the car park is not secure and having your vehicle stolen from the car park is not the best thing to happen. The car park is in front of the hotel reception so please be very carefull when you park. Also there is a busy road passing teh hotel so it is not quiet, as for the surrounding area it can only be described as commercial. Be very carefull when you park.

Ok if you have a car!
The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean (enough for my daughter to crawl without any worries) that said there were few facilities available. The rooms were very quaint with old fashioned fixtures. They would have benefited from basics like a kettle as the alternative was a revolting vending machine. The affiliated restaurant where you can pay €7,50 for breakfast consisting of a piece of French bread a croissant and a drink was not open every day. The hotel is on a fairly busy road and with no facility to walk anwhere because of a lack of pavement. There is however a great supermarket across the road. The pool was fine (bit cold) and we seemed to be the only guests brave enough to use it. There were also building works going on for the week we were there - we were not warned of this before travel.

Une seule nuit à l'hôtel car nous avions un mariage à proximité.. Personnel gentil, chambre très petite et literie moyenne.. Nous ne serions pas restés plusieurs nuits.. Gros avantage, notre chambre donnait sur le jardin et la piscine, donc calme.. Ça nous a bien dépanné, mais rien d'extraordinaire. Un peu trop cher pour ce que c'est.

parfois une grosse surprise vous attend
arrivés à 18h pour prendre possession de notre chambre qui correspond à peu près au prix payé. C'est à dire de qualité très modeste . Très grosse surprise en revenant vers 21h30 :le parking s'est rempli et il n'y a plus de place pour notre voiture mais ce n'est pas grave. Arrivés dans notre chambre nous vivons un véritable enfer jusqu'à 02h 30 du matin .Notre chambre est située directement au dessus d'une discothèque .Le bruit est assourdissant et les murs tremblent. C'est la pire des nuits que nous ayons jamais passées .Le début de journée le lendemain est glauque!

la douche et le lavabo ne fonctionnaient pas, il a falu aller prendre notre douche dans une autre chambre, soit disant l'hotel était complet (sur le site internet il restait 5 chambres...) et ils ne pouvaient donc pas nous proposer une autre chambre. Il y avait deux ampoules manquantes (sur 4). La chambre était d'une tristesse ... l'hotelier nous a dit que c'était la plus belle chambre, je n'ose pas penser aux autres. Ne mérite pas ses 2 étoiles !

Hôtel au très bon rapport qualité prix. J'ai pu lire d'ancien commentaire relatant des problèmes d’insalubrités, je tiens à le préciser haut et fort, depuis le changement de propriétaire plus aucun problème de ce genre. La gérante est conviviale et ce plis en quatre pour satisfaire ses clients. Toutefois, il est à noter la présence du restaurant "le mas des anges" au rez de chaussé de l’hôtel. Comme tous restaurant ils ont organisé une soirée "saint Valentin", ma chambre ce situant juste au dessus du dis restaurant, j'ai "profité" de leur ambiance musicale à loisir, jusqu'à 1h du matin, du fait de problème d'insonorisation. Aussi je ne saurai que trop vous conseiller d'utiliser des boules quiets afin d'être frais et disponible le lendemain matin.

Le Relais du Lac n'est pas au bord du lac !
J'ai cliqué sur un "relais du lac" près de Langogne, en Auvergne (vers le Puy en Velay). Ce n'est qu'après avoir réglé et reçu confirmation, que je me suis aperçu que par un bug ? piège ? informatique j'avais été redirigé sur un "relais du lac" dans le Var à Montauroux... Bon, ayant donc une réservation non annulable, je suis allé y passer une nuit. Il y a un lac sur la carte (St Cassien) mais loin de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est correct, propre, l'accueil chaleureux (explications pour la wi fi, la clim etc.) petit déjeuner (suppl. 10€) copieux. Bref rien à dire (pour le prix c'est même excellent !), d'autant qu'il s'est mis à neiger en Auvergne et que j'étais donc mieux sous la pluie dans le Var ! Juste un point à préciser : le restaurant attenant, non géré par l'hôtel, est à éviter. Plats surgelés, pas très bons, et prix élevé.

Chambre au dessus d'un établissement qui reçoit des mariages. Résultat impossible de dormir ou d'écouter la télévision. Pour dormir il faut attendre que la fête soit fini soit au milieu de la nuit propreté rien à dire. Nous avons reçu un coup de fil la veille dans l'aprés midi nous demandant de reporter notre séjour car un événement dans le restaurant a était prévu la veille. Sauf que c'était un mariage et que l'hôtel était au courant depuis longtemps. Mais après avoir discuté avec des voisins , le propriétaire n'a pas une bonne réputation. Donc très déçue de mon séjour.

Wir haben das Hotel nur für eine Übernachtung genutzt und können daher wenig über die allgemeine Infrastruktur des Hotels sagen. Es war allerdings sauber, angenehm und das Personal sehr freundlich. Nett auch der Pool hinter dem Haus mit dem Garten
