Its balcony extends the living space, while the nearby train station and beaches make exploring the Riviera easy. Boulevard Carnot is one of the main avenues of Cannes, connecting the city center with the wider Riviera while remaining close to the Croisette and its beaches. This renovated studio offers a compact and comfortable space ideal for both business stays and holidays. The living area includes a sofa bed and an additional fold-away bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to three guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space. A balcony extends the apartment outdoors, while the bathroom includes a shower and separate toilet. Located on the third floor with elevator access, the apartment places you within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals and the train station. The property is managed by the local Upstays team, specialized in premium short-term rentals in Cannes. At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it. Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
