This magnificent studio of 20m², at 1min walk from the beaches is very well arranged and ideally located. The district of the beaches of the South is a very pleasant tourist sector of Cannes. It is located just after the old port, a few steps from downtown and the Palais des Festivals. Its attractiveness is explained by the welcome and the diversity of the proposed equipments and activities. There are private and public beaches, and good beach and seaside restaurants at affordable prices. You can also practice water sports such as water skiing, wakeboarding, or parasailing. The neighborhood is lively and vibrant, which can occasionally lead to noise pollution. We therefore advise you to take this into account before your stay. Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity with the inescapable of Cannes, you will have of : \- Palais des festivals: 13 min walk \- Beaches: 1 min walk \- Supermarket : 4 min walk (vival) \- Restaurants/bars: 2 min walk \- Parking : 5 min walk (Parking Laubeuf P3) The apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator, will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It has internet connection and mobile air conditioning. Below, the details of the equipment: \- Surface: 20m² + 12m² terrace \- Living room: flat screen TV + double bed (140X200) \- American kitchen : fridge + kettle + toaster + oven + coffee machine \- Bathroom : shower + WC \- Equipment: free high speed wifi + air conditioning + washing machine + iron and ironing board + hair dryer + small cleaning equipment Services offered in addition: \- Early arrival, before 4:00 pm, according to availability \- Late check-out, departure after 11:00 am, subject to availability \- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge service / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc... Bilingual customer service available until 8pm in season. The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
