The house is situated in a residential area, it is a quiet place, with a private entrance, and an outdoor parking.
This spacious 2 bedroomed apartment is on the first floor of a typical Provencale Villa surrounded by pretty gardens and trees in a quiet residential area just outside the Center of Cannes.
The Palais des Festivals is easily accessible by a nearby bus service or a short taxi ride. Free WIFI connection available.
The apartment is ideal for business rentals and vacation as the two bedrooms are en-suite.
Both are good sized rooms and can be either presented as 2 singles or 1 double.
You will enjoy a private pool.
You can go down town by bus, 10 mn or just walk about 30 minutes to reach the heart of Cannes, la Croisette, the rue d'Antibes, the harbor, the pedestrian streets with typical shops

Highly recommendable!
We are a family of 4 (2 boys at the ages of 7 and 9) and we have just spent 11 nights here. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a bathroom for each bedroom works perfect.
We all loved the pool and the garden. It is very quied and private.
The location of the apartment is perfect positioned for trips around southern France.
Armelle was very helpful and we felt very welcome.
We will definitely consider returning if we are going to Cannes another time.

Most relaxing holiday ever!
We have recently returned from a wonderful two weeks stay at Villa Yakasi which was one of the most relaxing holidays we’ve ever had.
We decided not to hire a car for our stay and this turned out to be a good decision as we spent so much time by the pool and when we did venture out an Uber was only 5 minutes away.
The pool was great fun, very clean and especially loved by our 2 boys (age 12 and 13)
There were a couple of good bakeries within 5 minutes walking distance and a decent supermarket within 10.
The apartment was also very comfortable, clean and very well equipped.
Armelle was very welcoming on our arrival (even though it was very late) and extremely helpful throughout our stay.
We have never returned to the same location for a holiday but this may well have to change.
Thank you Armelle and hopefully see you again soon.

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Teenager) haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Yakasi verbracht; Ein großzügiges Appartement, sehr persönlich eingerichtet und von ausreichend Handtüchern über Gelsenstecker bis hin zur Espressomaschine und einem mit Wellcome-drinks gefüllten Eiskasten ausgestattet, war von der ersten Minute alles für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt von der sympathischen Hausbesitzerin vorbereitet.

What a wonderful place
We spent two wonderful quiet weeks at Armelle‘s beautiful apartment. The apartment is so lovingly furnished to a high standard and full of life, as if you were visiting family. There were four of us with our two teenage daughters and we were very happy with all the space, the three separate bathrooms and the perfectly equipped kitchen. There was really nothing lacking. There were also fans in each room for the hotter days. The garden area with pool was the highlight for us, here we could relax perfectly. Armelle always prepares the pool area in the morning and if you need something, you can then address her. Otherwise, we did not even notice that she was there. She is such a nice and open person, we immediately felt comfortable. For our excursions we used car, bus and train and also walked down to Cannes a few times. The house is a good base for trips to the various places on the Côte d'Azur such as Antibes, Nice and Monaco but also for hiking in the mountains it is not very far. For grocery shopping, we went to Bio à Mougins, a very well-stocked owner-operated organic market, with high-quality products. We ate best at Le Vingt4 in Nice, a very nice little French restaurant. We will definitely come back to Armelle, we would have loved to stay there. Thank you for everything.

A Great stay
Excellent stay. Armelle was a great host, she showed us how to best keep the heat out of the house during a hot period in July, but even though, we still struggeled with the heatwave with no AC. Shops are nearby, daily trips to bakery just 5 minutes walk. A hypermarché a walk away was great when we cooked most of our meals at home, there was even a trolly to take with us to the market. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to nearest busstop to take us (with a transfer) to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation home Armelle. We have great memories
