Super fast WIFI internet (fibre Orange), French TV channels + Apple TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, cutlery, pots, glasses, dishes, etc. Power shower. Veranda of the living room can be completely opened for a full sea view. It can accommodate comfortably max 5 people. While the beds/sofa options are possibly for more people, MAX 5 guests at each single time are possible given the size of the apartment. Total approximate size: 50 square meters. We booked the apartment at short notice and Will (the owner) and Jean Marc (local apartment manager) could not have been more helpful/accommodating. The apartment is ca. 10mins by car (with normal traffic) from the centre of Cannes and there are many easy options to get to and from the city centre (Uber, taxi, several buses etc.). Access to the apartment grounds is via a security gate, to which you receive an entry key on check-in. There is an underground garage which is a big plus in Cannes. The apartment itself has everything you need and is extremely well presented (I believe it must have been updated very recently). We did not spend much time in the apartment, but all amenities are there to make it a very comfortable stay (TV, kitchen, air conditioning etc.). There is also a nice communal pool outside and although we didn't have the chance to try it, it looked extremely inviting! You also have great views of the mediterranean - nice to wake up to! The fact that the apartment is a 10min drive from the city centre is a good thing - at least in my opinion! Der Blick jederzeit auf das Meer ist toll, der Weg zum Strand auch nur 2-3 Minuten. Vorher oder nachher kurz im Pool noch schwimmen - super. Sep 10, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wunderschöner Aufenthalt Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, genügend Geschirr und Kochutensilien, Wäscheständer, Staubsauger, ...). Kurzum: Man hat alles, was man braucht. Sie liegt in einer "Résidence", die mit Tor gut geschützt ist. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Jedem wird ein fester Parkplatz zugewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und dem betreuenden Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Beide sind sehr zuverlässig. Die Lage ist wirklich toll: In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer; der Strandabschnitt ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Bahnverbindung (nein, es ist nicht zu laut), so dass man einfach mit dem Zug nach Nizza, Monaco, etc. fahren und das Auto einfach stehen lassen kann. In die Innenstadt von Cannes gelangt man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten oder eben mit Bus oder Bahn in 4 Minuten. Je nach Gusto. Kurzum: Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Merci à Will et à Jean-Marc ##### Sandra R.
