Ideally located, just 15 min walk from the train station, 15 min walk from the beach, and 18 min walk from the Palais des Festivals. With a surface area of 31 m², this apartment comprises : \- a warm, comfortable living room with sofa bed (ideal for two children) and dining area, \- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge), \- bedroom with 160x200 bed, \- bathroom with shower and WC, \- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers, \- TV, wifi, air conditioning, \- radiators, smoke detector. The apartment does not have a private parking space, but plenty of free parking is available nearby. Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m. A 403€ management fee will be charged for medium-term rentals.
