The living area with its large bay window opens onto a furnished terrace with outdoor seating for 6 and sun loungers. Inside: \- A comfortable living room with a sofa bed and smart TV \- An open, fully equipped kitchen with a bar and six high stools \- The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160cm), while the second bedroom offers two separate beds. \- Both bedrooms have built-in closets and direct access to the terrace. \- A spacious shower room (with integrated WC) and an additional separate WC complete the space. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD A few steps along Avenue des Hespérides will take you in under two minutes to: \- Mouré Rouge beach \- La Croisette promenade \- Jardin des Hespérides for a change of scenery \- Place de l’Étang And in under ten minutes by car, you can: \- Reach the Palais des Festivals \- Take the train to explore the French Riviera \- Discover the city center or shop along Rue d’Antibes OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Communal parking.
