Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed into a large, naturally bright living area. This space opens onto a terrace with an unparalleled sea view.  
  
The living room features a large sofa, smart TV, and a dining area with a table for six guests.  
  
The open kitchen, fully equipped (except for a microwave), allows you to prepare meals while still enjoying the mesmerizing sea view.  
  
The night area includes:  
  
\- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe/dressing area, and wall-mounted TV, opening onto the kitchen  
  
\- A second smaller bedroom, ideal for children, with bunk beds  
  
\- A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC

From Nice Airport: Approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 highway.  
From Cannes Train Station: About 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot.
