Séjournez dans un lieu unique au cœur de Cannes ! Cet appartement entièrement rénové par un architecte, se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de la Villa Gothique, bâtisse historique datant de 1870, construite par l’un des plus célèbres chocolatiers parisiens. Avec son style néogothique et son histoire prestigieuse, le bâtiment fait partie du patrimoine architectural de Cannes.  
  
L’appartement allie charme historique et confort moderne :  
 • Salon cosy avec canapé, TV et coin bureau  
 • Cuisine entièrement équipée (plaques, four, machine Nespresso, etc.)  
 • Une chambre séparée avec lit double 140x200cm (matela Hypnia) et verrière donnant sur le salon  
 • Climatisation dans le salon à l'étage à côté de la chambre, et dans la pièce du bas, Wi-Fi haut débit, décoration soignée et ambiance chaleureuse  
  
Idéalement situé dans une rue calme à seulement quelques minutes à pied des plages, de la Croisette et du Palais des Festivals, il est parfait pour un séjour romantique, un voyage d’affaires ou des vacances à Cannes.  
  
Vous trouverez dans la cours de l'immeuble une table, librement utilisable par la copropriéte.  
Vous pourrez y boire un verre, manger un morceau si elle est disponible.  
Attention, si vous fumez, il est interdit de laisser des mégots dans les parties communes.

Vous avez toutes les activités autour de vous.   
Vous aimerez être au plein coeur de notre jolie ville de Cannes. Le marché Forville est un incontournable pour goûter aux saveurs locales (épices, socca, légumes de la régions, tapenade...). Les boutiques souvenirs, les plages bien sûr, les jolies balades sur la Croisette lors d'un feu d'artifice, le musée de la castre, le vieux port, le Suquet.   
Il y en a pour tous les goûts, visuels et pour ceux qui aiment un bon repas ou tout simplement se balader....   
Vous trouverez de nombreux bars/pubs tout autour du port et de nombreux restaurants...   
  
Juan les pins est à 15 min en voiture.   
Antibes est à 15-20 min.   
Nice et l'aéroport à 35 min.   
Pour Monaco et la frontière Italienne, compter 1h par l'autoroute.  
  
\## Transit  
Gare SNCF à 10 minutes et à 5 minutes de l'hotel de ville. 7 minutes du palais des festival.  
Il est très difficile de vous garer dans les rues de la ville, le parking privé le plus proche est celui de Valombroza, à 5 minutes à pied, et le parking Forville également à 5 minutes.  
Un parking public et gratuit se situe a environ 10 minutes à pied, avenue du docteur Raymond Picaud.
