We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We sent out notices of the pool closure as soon as possible even though it was out of our control. We offered all guest a refund for the pool portion of the resort fees and also offered alternatives for swimming in the area. Most of our guest are just as excited about all of our other great amenities such as games room, free rentals and stunning Rocky Mountain views but we wish you the best in your future travels.

We are so sorry that the noise disturbed your vacation. In future, please let us know. We would have been happy to ask the guest in the other room to use the laundry only during regular hours. It’s unfortunate that this took away from the nice condo that we hope would account for at least some of your review given the noise was not within our control and we were not made aware of it. We checked the washer in your unit and it was cleaned it can become a little musty if its used and the doors shut right after for days or longer.
