Great short stay in Canmore
Jeff’s place was just as described. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk to “downtown” but there are other restaurants nearby. The view down to the decommissioned hot tub still isn’t great from the balcony but there’s a great peakaboo view of the mountains. Good value compared to many of the other Canmore listings!

The condo was great for a weekend trip. Close to town and getting back on the highway. Was able to avoid all the traffic cause of location. Units are not very soundproof - was woken up by other people’s alarms or babies crying. But for a couple days, it worked out perfectly. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped.

Rudest host
I reached out to the host immediately after seeing I had booked wrong condo on accident. He was not at all understanding and finally after arguing with him for hours through messages he refunded me only half. Yes I understand it was my fault but I was having issues with my payment because I recently moved and hadn’t changed the address on my account. I explained this to him and he did not care. He was beyond disrespectful!

Perfect spot for mountain getaway!
Jeff’s place was a great stay for our trip to explore Banff and Yoho parks. It is nicely located close to most things and provides many restaurants within walking distance. The parking garage was extremely convenient and helpful also. The building is a bit older than surrounding condos and some of the common spaces were messy at times, but Jeff’s unit was clean and well stocked. Would stay again!

Easy In and Out!
Everything you need to get to is with walking distance: the bus, the shops, and the restaurants! The beautiful views, easy in and out of the building, and hassle free experience really made our vacation fantastic! Love it!

Not what I expected…
I was really looking forward to staying at a nice condo with Mountain views. That was not what this experience was. Until recently this was a poorly rated 3 star hotel (Google maps on my phone still identifies it as such). While you can see the mountains from the patio - directly below is a disgusting, unused, molding hot tub. The unit itself is nice - but the property is incredibly worn down, dirty, and outdated. The bed was very comfortable, the unit had everything I needed, and the blackout shades worked very well. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for the cost.

The hot tub was not functioning. I inquired about adding an extra guest and without hesitation the owner added extra guest fee when I was only inquiring. In the end there was no extra guest and the fee was not removed. My plans had to change last minute which made the reservation a bit complicated and the owner was not able to accommodate my changes.

Cozy Canmore Getaway
We enjoyed our stay in Canmore. The suite is compact, yet well laid out with all the amenities you’d need for a relaxing stay. The building itself is within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, as well as the town center. Jeff was a great host and attentive to our needs. All in all, a nice stay.

Great little ski getaway
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great kitchen appliances and cookware, handy in unit washer dryer, great tv and comfy bed. Oh and the bbq was awesome.

Home Away From Home
We arrived via the parking garage, which is safe and secure, but the elevator and its lobby could be refurbished. The view directly out the window was of a drained pool and it looked like the landscaping was being redone. We were arriving in October, which is an off-season. Our condo everything we needed for a comfortable stay and our host was easy to contact and was there to assist us if we needed anything for our stay. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Wonderful place, would absolutely stay again!
Very clean, very cozy, and quiet! Place is very well laid out. Great view of the mountains from the deck! Host, Jeff, was very easy to reach for questions, very helpful! We had a great trip and would certainly stay here again! We left an item behind when we checked out and Jeff was a great help in getting the item back to us!

Great place to use as home base for Banff without exorbitant prices.
We looked for a place to stay in Canmore once we saw the outrageous prices for lodging in Banff. We found Canmore to be much more reasonably priced and a great place to use as a homebase. Canmore is only about 15 Miles from Banff and it was very easy to catch our tours in Banff. Grocery stores and restaurants in Canmore were great and very close to the vacation home we rented. The property manager was responsive. My husband and I were very comfortable in the condo and would definitely use it again.

Nice location
Had a nice stay here, location was great, we walked everywhere. Good parking and easy access to the highway for day trips. Pullout mattress could use an upgrade, but it was fine for our son. Property manager sent great instructions and made sure we had everything we needed!

Jeff was quick to answer questions and messages and sent detailed info and instructions about the condo. The place was clean and bright and worked very well for us. Jeff was even so kind as to let us check out late to accommodate our needs. Definitely recommend!

Rocky Mountain Getaway
Our host, Jeff, was personable and responsive. The condo was well-appointed and all instructions were clear and concise. We were a short walk to downtown and, if preferred, several excellent restaurants are in closer proximity. A very relaxing stay.

Better than a hotel room
Good experience overall and decent value. Much better than a typical hotel room for spaciousness and amenities. The owner was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to me booking last minute for a quick getaway. Room is exactly as shown in pictures with updated appliances and fixtures and a fantastic BBQ which I enjoyed using. Suite was nice and clean and well-maintained. Only minor issue with the suite is that it uses in-floor heating and I struggled to figure out how make any temperature adjustments to it. I tried turning down the temperature a few degrees and just couldn’t get the digital thermostat in the living room or bedroom to set lower. Just glad that it wasn’t hot summer yet drying my stay so opening the bedroom window and balcony door was enough to cool evening air in to cool the place down at night. While the suite itself is nice, the building exterior is still being renovated so the courtyard in front of the balcony is a total mess. Disappointed that the outdoor hot-tub was not available due to COVID restrictions. The building hallways are quite dark and some parts of the rest of the building interior are in real need of some freshening (paint, carpet, etc). Also, the building ice machine didn’t work.

Canmore getaway
The unit was perfect for what we wanted and the price was fair compared to other properties that we had looked at prior to selecting this one. The suite was very clean and well stocked to eat and cook in which because of covid is what we did. It would have been good to have some additional seasonings besides salt and pepper. Cant say the same about the complex. Hallway is dark and showing wear and tear. Cleaning cart was left in the hallway for several hours in the same place. Grounds maintenance going on in the courtyard that the unit's balcony looked onto so piles of dirt and other garbage was visible. The unit has a connecting suite and we could hear the occupants in it.

Canmore condo
We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped but could use some wooden spoons and a spaghetti rake. It was great to have enough dishwasher tablets and dish soap for the length of our stay (5 nights). And the BBQ was wonderful. The only problem was the construction being done on the building...looks like there may have been water damage somewhere. It did not affect the condo itself but the courtyard was unsightly. We were glad that we were not there in the summer as we would not have enjoyed sitting on the deck.
