Was notified there was no working elevator in the building in June, just 2 weeks before my arrival for our family reunion. Average age of family members was over 65\. We had to carry all suitcases, groceries, kitchen supplies up eight flights of stairs. We did have help from the property manager, which I did thank them. Fireplace mantel was dusty, dirty patio railing, lights not working in closet. Cannot understanding a building elevator not operating since March. Should have cancelled if this was an option as it was hard on my family and ruined my vacation. I have another trip planned in August for the same facility, but may have to make some changes. I would appreciate some account credit or compensation. Please review and reply when possible. ##### Chris S.
