You have to ring a ring cam doorbell to get a staff member to come and that is not communicated when we arrived so we thought no one was working in the dark lobby at 10 AM. « The man that checked us in was efficient, but not personalable at all. After he checked us in to the 3rd floor he casually mentioned the elevator was broken. 3rd floor... no elevator. Other than ant crawling up the wall the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. When we checked out and mentioned the hassle of the broken elevator the clerk was surprised. She didn't know. Yeah, we didn't either. »
