"My family and I came back for another peaceful, quiet getaway. The kids spent most of their time with the goats. There was plenty to do, including the hot tub, bonfires, roasting marshmallows, ping pong, and several indoor games. We enjoyed our stay, and the hosts checked in to make sure everything was fine."

"Beautiful house with a downstairs area to entertain kids with game room and theater area. The drive up the mountain was steep with several switchbacks (more difficult with bigger vehicles and those without 4WD or AWD) but the view was worth the drive. House was clean and stocked with a lot of extras. Would definitely book again "

"The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the property feel cozy and inviting. We loved the records and the kids loved the basement and hot tub. The indoor Easter egg hunt the host put together for the kids to find upon arrival was super sweet."

"The location was great! Just over 20 minutes to Hatley Pointe, which is why we came to the area. We also went to Asheville, which was about 30 minutes away. The house was very nice and as advertised. There were all basic amenities that we could have needed. The house seems new or recently updated, which is great. Everything within the house was very clean except the master bedroom sheets did not appear clean when we went to go to bed the first night. There was even several hairs between the sheets. Thankfully, there was a clean set of sheets folded in the closet that we were able to put on the bed so it wasn't a huge issue. The only other negative was that the hot tub had a decent amount of debris in it, especially settled into the bottom and the seats. We wanted to use it, but ended up not getting in there because of this. Overall, we really liked the house aside from the things mentioned. "

"Over all it was a perfect trip. The cabin was as expected. I gave 4 stars for checkin because we booked last minute and their procedures indicated filling out forms 24 hrs in advance. However we recieved our code 1hr before checkin. I gave communication a 4 as well for the same experience with checkin. We could not get in contact the day of checkin. Once checked in we had no issues. We would stay again, just would book more than 24 hrs in advance. ;). Kids loved the hot tuband games down stairs. Stocking the livingroom with bosrd games would be a plus. Normally we would buy a game for the house and leave it but we were strapped for time. "

"The house was beautiful and I miss our stay already!Only part I wish the downstairs shower got hot it was a luke warm. Other then that we loved our stay!"
