The backyard was huge and fenced in (always a priority for us if we are bringing our dog). Our dogs sleep in a crate during the night but it is nice to not have to worry if there is a single dog hair on the couch or bed! The backyard had a wonderful view! The front porch swing was the perfect spot for morning coffee looking at the mountains and watching the birds. My kids, husband and I came from all over NC to gather for a weekend together and everyone said it was very welcoming and felt like a home. Thanks for the relaxing weekend! ##### Lori B. Beautiful views and convenient home layout for 83yo mom. Spot on movie selection!! Exceptionally well appointed. Only issue is tight driveway at acute angle- which comes with the secluded hill view Would absolutely stay there again. Birdwatchers would definitely enjoy! ##### Martin D. It's close enough to downtown for restaurants and breweries but far enough out of the hustle bustle to enjoy the quiet neighborhood in the morning/evenings. Our dog loved the backyard. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful stay, with beautiful views, yet it was also close to Asheville.
