Ideal for those seeking a private getaway that is still close to all of the attractions and activities the Asheville area offers, this chic, pet-friendly home provides the perfect place to land between adventures and is guaranteed to keep you entertained and dreaming of its "Endless View!"

About the Home
• Well-equipped kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, and coffee bar with standard, drip-style coffee maker and Keurig.
• The living room features a cozy, gas fireplace and a Smart TV. The dining area has seating for 6 and island seating for 4.
• Screened-in porch with outdoor dining for 4 and open-air deck with gas fire table.
• Spacious, fully-fenced yard overlooking impressive, long-range mountain views.
• Lower-level game room with an arcade game, shuffleboard table, sectional seating, and 65" Smart TV.
• Dedicated workspace in the primary bedroom with a desk, scanner, and printer.

• Main floor bedroom with queen-size bed and 40" SmartTV. A full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can be accessed from the main floor hallway.
• Upper-level primary bedroom with king-size bed, TV for streaming, private vanity area, and balcony.
• Upper-level bedroom with king-size bed and cozy reading nook.
• Both upstairs bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub.

Important to Note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. For security purposes, there are several exterior cameras stationed around the property.

Greybeard homes are located near Pisgah National Forest. Ladybugs and Kudzu Beetles are prevalent in our area in the fall and winter months, and they will find their way into homes to escape the cooler weather. They are not poisonous and cannot be exterminated.

From the views to the hospitality of the host, we will definitely be back. We actually ended up adding an extra day to our stay because we didnt want to leave! The property was well maintained and clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was fenced in with plenty of space for our pups to play.

If you're looking for a place with comfortable furnishings, 30 minutes or less from the Asheville highlights, and the best sunrise views, look no further! We loved the comfy couches (there's two living rooms), the multiple decks, and big kitchen! It may seem far from town but we rarely spent more than 20 minutes heading to downtown Asheville and other hot spots. Our dog loved the fenced yard and walks were easy on the neighborhood road, as it's very peaceful. Highly recommend this get away and hope to be back sometime soon!

Private, Relaxing and Comfortable

The house was clean, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The view from both the deck and screened-in porch was beautiful. It was quiet except for the sound of birds and distant cows. It’s a great spot to unwind.
