Bad telephone service of hotel
The hotel is never available when you call them. They neverf pick up at the given telephone number. Also I wanted a shutlle and never got an answer.

No frills hotel/motel. I think it was a former prison or recovery center. Great Uber pick up spot. It only costs around $5 to get to the hotel zone/coco bongo. It has everything you need. My room had lots of tiny flying insects, but for the price i can't complain. My flight landed at 9pm so I needed a cheap place to stay for the night.

I had a great 1 night stay at this Boutique, my flight was cancelled and needed an affordable place to stay. nicely decorated rooms with a nice terrace. Very clean. Both host were great. Morning continental breakfast served by Danna C. with coffee, toast and fruit at no additional charge. Place close to stores and restaurants. Thank you

Je n'ai pas pu séjourné dans l'hÎtel car celui-ci a annulé ma réservation sans raison. Resultat 1er nuit au Mexique dans la rue. Je déconseille fortement.

ReservĂ© y paguĂ© 2 noches, por una situaciĂłn con mi vuelo debĂ­a hacer el check in pasada la hora y estuve tratando de contactar por telĂ©fono al establecimiento pero jamĂĄs contestaron. Al llegar por la madrugada toquĂ© el timbre esperando que alguien en recepciĂłn pudiera ayudarme a resolverlo porque la estancia ya estaba pagada pero nadie saliĂł, se escuchĂł que habĂ­a alguien ahĂ­ pero no se interesaron en salir para nada. Yo estaba sola en la madrugada en un lugar que ademĂĄs de estar oscuro, estaba muy solo. Tuve que buscar y pagar otro establecimiento para esa noche, al tratar de contactar de nuevo con el lugar en las hrs que marcan como disponibles, jamĂĄs contestaron y tuve que pagar otra reserva. NO RESERVEN AQUÍ, pĂ©simo servicio al cliente y mala organizaciĂłn por parte del lugar

El hotel es muy sencillo y limpio. Buena atenciĂłn, bastante rĂșstico, pero cĂłmodo. En las noches se escuchaba mucho ruido en la habitaciĂłn, pero con el cansancio se duerme igual!

Custo beneficio ótimo. Localização fora da zona hoteleira, mas ha 10/15 min de bus. Ponto alto: Salvador e Denise, funcionårios do local. Nota 1000 para eles. Cama excelente, chuveiro ótimo. Quarto espaçoso, mas simples. Café da Manhã precisa ser melhorado. Poucas opçÔes.

Hotel engana pelas fotos, primeiro foi difĂ­cil de chegar, a localização pelo Maps nĂŁo chega na frente do hotel, chega na lateral e nĂŁo tem nenhuma referĂȘncia, quarto OK para as 2 noites que passamos, mas nĂŁo tomamos cafĂ© no hotel, pois a os alimentos ficam numa espĂ©cie de cozinha compartilhada. A localização Ă© boa para quando se quer ir pra Isla Mujeres, facil pra transporte. Pessoal do atendimento muito prestativo e nos ajudou muito.
