Restaurant in Lobby is major disappointment (took 3 hours to get our dinner one night, tried to order room service in the morning and restaurant would not answer the phone, hotel desk clerk took our order for us - major shout out to the Heathman staff - outstanding!!). "

We enjoy the location as well, an easy walk to Powell’s Books and the cutest little grocery store, World Foods, is right across the street. "
