Professionally managed by Canstay. Welcome to this modern one-bedroom apartment ideally situated in the heart of Kingston! Featuring a spacious open-plan living area with sliding door access to a balcony, you can enjoy the natural light and fresh air. You can access all the property\`s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedroom has a king-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 75\` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The garage accommodates one car. If additional parking is needed, paid street parking is available according to the following schedule: 2-hour Parking Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm Friday: 8:30am - 9pm Saturday: 8:30am - 12 noon Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Truly awful noise from the 24/7 gym that is adjacent to the bedroom. No mention of the gym in the booking! I was woken up at 0345 on several occasions and the noise goes into the night. From 0600 onwards it is almost constant bangs and vibration throught the flat. I moved out after 3 nights. The property agent had zero interest, stating there had never been any complaints before, which is irrelvant and frankly must be a lie. I was passed between Vrbo and Expedia and the local agent , all showed no interest. Eventually I received a refund but days after I raised the complaint.
