Welcome to your 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in the popular Pier Complex. You can access all the property\`s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to replenish depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use. You must use your own login for smart-related apps. The TV has a \`Fetch\` connection and it has access to local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage provides parking space for one car. There is 2-hr free street parking, and also a paid longer-stay car park at the end of the street on Eastlake Parade. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Located in the Pier development on Kingston Island, this is a superb mixed-use building on the waterfront and has become one of Canberra\`s most coveted locations. The Kingston Foreshore features waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars, along with a mix of art and cultural activities. You can catch the bus (from Wentworth Ave) in the Kingston area. It will take approx 20 mins to reach the city by bus, 7 minutes by car/taxi/uber or around 50 minutes walking. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. Strata Notice: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice) External Painting Works Please be advised that external painting of the timber façade features will commence on Wednesday, 21 August 2025 at Building B (10 & 12 Trevillian Quay) and Building C (6 & 8 Trevillian Quay). Works will take around two weeks (weather permitting) and involve cleaning, surface preparation, and timber finishing using an Elevated Work Platform (EWP). During this time, parts of the podium will be partially closed for safety. Please avoid these areas and follow all safety signage. Residents should also expect some minor noise and minor disturbances during the works. Roof Works Project: Please note that there will be a roof replacement works and a Bloc (builder) will be onsite over the coming days setting up exclusion zones per the original advice, and scaffold will begin to be erected from next week, weather permitting. Please expect potential noise and temporary access restrictions; dates may vary depending on weather conditions. 1\. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am. 2\. I have a STRICT \`No Pets Policy\` except for service or emotional support animals and \`No Smoking Policy\`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning. 3\. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50). 4\. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel. 5\. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you\`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear. 6\. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule. 7\. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don\`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals. 8\.
