"Great stop off option with a kitchen for cooking. Fabulous bed and bedding. Very quiet apartment and yet everything you'd want in central Leeds just outside."
"The hotel itself is so convenient for traveling and is directly in the city centre
the hotel room was really cosy and had everything I needed for my two nights stay
Breakfast buffet service was really nice with plenty of options to choose from
Maybe having a mini fridge in the room would be nice to keep items refrigerated "

10/10 Excellent
"Stayed for 2 nights. Was easy to check in & given carpark information. Room was clean & what we expected. Did have to ask for more coffee for second day as wasn’t filled when room was cleaned but this was done very quickly. Overall great stay & would tell anyone else going to Leeds to stay there."
"Very convenient for train station, not affected by any noise. Had a lovely meal in Cinnamon Kitchen which is part of hotel. Lovely rooms, very nice staff. Only downside - we were going to have a walk after our meal last night but bothered by man asking for a pound for a meal deal as soon as we stepped outside - we are 2 ladies on our own so probably fine if you’re in a couple. Would still come to stay here again though "
"Well positioned hotel- in the city centre but not noisy at all. Big comfy bed and the air conditioning was great. It was very clean and the bathroom pristine. Tea and coffee in the room- but no fridge. Didn’t try brekfast but good value to have it included for 2 for the price. Also coffee machine in lobby to use when you liked. The young woman who checked me in was really helpful and friendly. Parking£10 a day- not bad compared to other £20/30 charges elsewhere.
Only thing is I had 2 small towels and no larger ones for a 3 day stay. "
"We arrived for our stay at the property and hadn’t received the password for the lock box in order to enter the property. After numerous phone calls were ignored by the owners we had to resort to sleeping at the train station. "
"I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this accommodation which was also a very good price. "
"We booked this as an alternative to a hotel room for one night as we were at a wedding nearby. We were so impressed by the communication before we arrived and we were very grateful that Stevie and the team were able to let us in a few hours early so we could drop our bags off before the wedding. We were so impressed when we arrived! The house is immaculate with such a brilliant, high spec renovation in stylish black and white throughout. It had all the latest mod cons including coffee machine and milk frother, wireless phone charging point at the bedside which was incorporated within the lamp (very impressed), and the most lovely smelling toiletries. The bowel of boarders biscuits and fridge with milk and water, along with the fresh, fluffy towels were all very welcomed and appreciated too! We’re gutted we couldn’t make more of a stay of it! We could have comfortably spent a long weekend here. We would highly recommend this property, Stevie and the team. The only teenie but if feedback would be that we couldn’t find an ironing board (but the iron was amazing!)"
