"No parking underground as vehicle was too tall for there. Room had no air or microwave. Paid $552 a night so pricey And expected at least a microwave. "

"I mentioned to the front desk there was a street person with a shopping cart checking out the cars. I told the front desk and he said there was not anything he could do. I said it doesn’t look good when checking in. He said he would tell manager. The staff in the pub area were really good. "

"We really liked our one bed condo loft at Lake Louise and it worked pretty well for our group of seven which spanned three generations. The room was clean and comfortable and our kids loved the bunkbed. We did use the pool facility. This was lots of fun. We were very pleased to make use of the on-site laundry facilities for a mid vacation clothes refresh. We did go to Lake Louise around 9:30 PM the night we arrived. We were easily able to park for free in the lake Louise parking lot and see the beautiful lake with only three or four people around us and we got some great sunset photos overall, I highly recommend the lake Louise in The staff friendly and there are lovely amenities in the hotel "
