Camrose Vacation Packages

The room was a nice size and the bathroom was also very big. The restaurant was nice too.

The host was so nice i loved this place if i m coming ever again i am going to book this one again❤️

I stay in hotels all over the place doing what I do for work, but bar none, this was the best breakfast spread I've had outside of a Fairmont. Well done! My stay was really short so I can't comment on much, but my room was quiet, clean and comfortable and I had a great sleep. All boxes checked in my books.

The hot food was not in warmers that kept them warm, so the eggs were cold, as was the bacon and sausage. The bacon and sausage were put in a container and I think it might have been placed in hot water at one time but it was cold water when I got there at 6 am. Per Alberta Health codes, the hot food should have been in some type of warmers if it was to be hot food. For a Ramada chain, this would be a standard I would think, and it was not the case her. In my room, dust covered everything, even the nightstand and clock beside my face where I was sleeping. There were stains on the chair. Everything looked neat and tidy, and the towels were clean, but I feel for the price and the national chain brand, it was a poor reflection. The front desk apologized but when I showed them pics and told them to check the room, they simply said "sorry". Very polite but zero was rectified.
