"Great clean cabin and property. New/updated rentals with basic amenities are hard to come by in this area and it was a nice change to our usual rustic accommodations that often require you to even bring your own sheets and towels. We needed some extra space for a big group and this was perfect and just a few minutes from the river and town. Thank you."

"Cabin was very clean, was more than enough room for me and my 3 friends (4 people total). Beds were comfy, close proximity to activities in the area, check in and out were smooth, host kept in touch, and much more positives. Would definitely buy again. "

"Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze...
