"We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean. The view was beautiful. My kids loved the pool. The pool had an awesome layout. Checking in was very smooth, no problems. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved it and we will be returning again."

"We had an amazing stay and would book again in a heartbeat. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Third Crossing, so river access was easy all week. The land is gorgeous with tons of open space, and our two dogs had a blast running around, this place is truly pet-friendly, not just in name. We saw all kinds of wildlife too, a great bonus for the whole family.The house was spotless top to bottom when we arrived, one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. It's also genuinely family-friendly, with plenty to keep everyone entertained: a firepit, board games, yard games, and a big covered patio we used constantly. No pool or hot tub, but we didn't miss it since the free river access is so close. Tip: drive down to drop everyone at the river first, then park behind the property gate and walk down, much easier than carrying gear the whole way.The host really made the trip. On our last day I got a flat tire and had to run into Leakey to get it fixed. They were incredibly understanding, offered a late checkout without hesitation, and responded to every message almost instantly.Highly recommend this place for a family (and dog-friendly) getaway. Beautiful land, spotless house, great location, and a host who genuinely cares about their guests."

"This cabin was so cute and just the right size for a long holiday weekend. It was close enough to town that we got to enjoy the small town rodeo, farmers market and street festival but far enough away to have privacy, quiet and a truly beautiful night sky. The river frontage was clean and the view of the hill country was stunning. Christy was very prompt in responding and the whole process of booking was smooth."

"The cabin was cute and very clean. Communication with the host was easy and she was friendly and accommodating. I didn’t pay attention to the listing and didn’t realize there was no cooktop, just the grill and a microwave. That was my fault, but a reminder if you book to be prepared to grill or eat in Leaky. The drive in is beautiful and its location is secluded. There is another cabin fairly close, so you may have a neighbor. The river is about a 100 yard walk and can’t be seen from the cabin due to vegetation. We were blessed with a very clear and dark night and saw a LOT of stars and even a few shooting stars. You can Google it for your dates, but for us, the sky was at its darkest around 10:15 and it was nice just relaxing on the deck and watching the sky. If you are looking for a place to tube or kayak, this probably isn’t the best river. If you want to glamp in the middle of nowhere, this is a great option. I would consider staying again."
