"Room was clean and comfortable. Very relaxing sitting on the patio and watching the river. Parking was easy for a couple motorcycles. Large vehicles might struggle, but maybe they have alternate space I didn't see. Literally no contact with other than check-in. I am sure they were around if needed."

"We just spent a wonderful week here as our basecamp for Sequoia and Kings Canyon, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location is ideal — minutes from the park entrance, close to all the local Three Rivers spots, and the Kaweah River runs right through the property, which was honestly our favorite part. Nothing beats coming back from a long day of hiking and unwinding by the river. Srey was an exceptional host: before our trip she sent us a thoughtful guide packed with restaurant recommendations, hikes, rafting outfitters, and grocery tips that made planning so much easier — it felt like having a local friend mapping out our trip. The cabin itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped; the propane BBQ got plenty of use and the kitchen had everything we needed. "Room was clean, AC was SUPER cold. Great location. Check in process was a little different, had to call an out of town number and wait for someone to check me in. Pictures/description of rooms are misleading. I thought I was booking the two bed and couch room with a patio based on the photo with the room description and was assigned a double room with only two beds and a chair. No table or desk of any kind in the room. It was cramped for me and my 3 big kids. Pool was dirty and not heated, property as a whole needs repair and updating. Lots of paint peeling, cracks, light in bathroom would not shut off. AC would not shut off and made a knocking noise every 5 mins the second night. “Game room” is essentially a pool table in an old room with dead bugs on the floor, broken dart board, paint peeling, full trash from someone’s beer party the night before. Did see/meet the property manager briefly the morning we checked out, he was working on things and very friendly. Loved being in between pizza barn and the brewery, but hotel pictures and descriptions were too different from what we got. Definite potential here but needs some updating and more accurate room descriptions. "

"Not enough towels in the room. Room was not cleaned the next day. Therefore, I had to go to the office and get some extra towels for the day. We’re gonna stay there."

"The air conditioner worked and was quiet, plenty of parking, staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms have a nice view of the lake. The rooms are not fancy, but very comfortable and quiet. Call the manager before you arrive to make sure the manager will be in the office when you arrive."

"Super unique accommodation - sadly had to cut my stay short given that i forgot my dogs medication but i plan to rebook! The tent stay was fabulous and nothing like the sound of a rushing river to put you to sleep! Just a really special nature-driven stay!"
