"BEWARE, BED BUGS! I wasn't going to write this review because I tried to be civil and take care of this problem quietly at the desk and was told I would get a credit for my stay in the mail. I've waited a little over a month because I wasn't sure how long it would take, but no refund was ever given.
Everything started great, room looked clean and hotel was decorated nicely. When settling down for the night, I was grabbing my husbands pillow to put on a pillow case I brought, I noticed a bed bug shell on top of the pillow. We packed up and went to the lobby at 10:30 pm and asked to move our room, she apologized and said to speak to the manager about it in the morning. We got to the new room with a do not disturb sign on the door, we knocked and entered and the bed was not made so the room was not cleaned. We went back to the lobby, she said it showed the room was ready, not her fault. She moved us to a new room so we could finally relax. At 12:30 am, the room next to us started playing loud music and we heard some headboard banging and other sounds we wish we hadn't. This lasted an hour but we never called to complain since I didn't want to start anything with the neighbors. We told the manager in the morning and he said he would take care of it so we left for breakfast, came back and he told us we would get a credit in the mail. I've never had an experience like this before at a hotel and was shocked by it really, especially by the high rating they have. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
