"É difícil até saber por onde começar, mas vamos pelo começo. O hotel me cobrou 45% a mais do que a tarifa de balcão porque disse que era a taxa do hoteis.com. Se eu quisesse chuveiro quente precisaria pagar mais 30 reais por noite!! o quarto tinha mais da metade das lâmpadas queimadas, logo era escuro com um ar condicionado muito ineficiente.
