« Small, but had everything we needed! Bed was very comfortable, lots of supplies in the kitchen. Easy walk from station, and the transport to the Eden Project was a plus! Also, the washer/dryer came in handy for us, allowing us to pack half as much clothing! Claire is a lovely host! »

« The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. « A comfy settee, it slopes forward and is hard to sit on. Difficult to improve but if you had a noisy group in next door it would be difficult.
