Rest and relaxation are calling your name at the Cedar Heights Delight. This two-story waterfront condo features TONS of space, 3 bedrooms, a bunk room, a wet bar and so much more! The complex offers access to two pools, plus the complex is located in the serene area of the lake, right next to Old Kinderhook Golf Resort and Lake Valley Golf Club. This complex also has elevators, so there are no stairs required! Plus a 12x32 boat slip available for rent!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features a breakfast bar, a glass top dining room table, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including an air fryer!

Living Room
This condo features two living rooms, one on each floor. The upper living room has a flat screen TV, a couch, recliner, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. The fireplace in this area is not functional.

The lower living area features a large sectional, recliner, flat screen TV, and an electric fireplace. This area also has a full wet bar with a refrigerator. This room opens to the lower balcony.

Master Suite
The master suite is located on the main floor and features a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, and flat screen TV. This room also has views of the cove. The master bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a double vanity sink.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen size bed, nightstands, and a large dresser.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen size bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, and a jack and jill bathroom with single vanity sink and stand up shower.

Bunk Room
Downstairs there is a bonus room with a twin bed and twin bunk bed.

Outside
Outside this condo there are screened balconies on both levels. Both levels have patio seating, and the top level has a gas BBQ grill. This condo is on the ground floor and only has a few steps down to the ground level from the lower balcony. From the lower balcony enjoy easy access to the community dock and pool!

Neighborhood Description
The Cedar Heights condo complex is located in Camdenton, right next to Old Kinderhook Golf Resort and Lake Valley Golf Club. This complex is just minutes away from tons of the lakes most popular attractions including, the Cave Bar and Grill, The Bridal Cave, Ozark Amphitheater, Ha Ha Tonka State Park and so much more. This condo is just 15 minutes away from Osage beach, and 20 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
